Let me articulate what this service is about.
Let me set a mental picture. A couple is looking for a camper to buy. Maybe their first, maybe a
replacement. In their travels they pass a camper on the side of the road that is for sale. Looks nice on the
outside.
Here is where 2 very different choices come into play. You are the owner of the camper. It is your
property, you do not want strangers just walking through your property. It may get damaged. Or worse. It
is not convenient for you to be available to just go open the camper for someone to just walk in and look
around, and not , buy. Your time is more valuable than that. So you choose to lock the camper, and wait
for a few people to call and ask to see it.
A couple sees the camper and wants to see the inside. This is very normal. No one wants to buy sight
unseen. Do they choose to spend their time to wait for you to get to them, to open it up so they can SEE
the camper? Or do they feel that a potential seller does not really want to sell if they can’t leave the
camper open for them to see. And just walk away. Questions they have are real. Is there water damage?
Are the amenities in place or broken? Is the floor coming apart? How is the upholstery? Has there been a
dog living in it? Are there mouse droppings everywhere? And then the other questions that are asked, but
no owner knows the correct answer. Does the water work? Water heater? Lights? Furnace? A/C unit?
These are legitimate concerns that potential buyers have. And they deserve a correct answer. So, my
question to you is this, how can we answer these questions without you having to go unlock your trailer
on a moments notice, for a showing that does not result is a sale?
Why not provide a video walk through of your camper, showing the common things that people are
interested in.. The video can build value for your camper. People can see the water system work. Can see
the furnace working, Can see the A/C working. Can see the floor, and all the insides of the cupboards,
with out you having to take your time to go open it up. So, on the door is a sheet listing price, and all
working systems. On that sheet a QR code will take the potential customer to a video that we shoot, and
publish. People get to SEE what they want to see, and you get to spend your time doing necessary things
for your family.
So you get your time. The video shows why your camper is worth what you are asking for it. Reducing
the headache of bargaining. And the sale goes quicker. For this service I need to travel to you, spend about
3 hours recording all that needs recording, then come back home and do any editing. And then produce
the paperwork for you to attach to your camper. This basic service is $300.
